Husband Cohabitating
We had been contacted by a lady who was convinced her estranged husband was cohabitating and had left her for an additional woman. She wanted proof of this and also wanted to discover out where he was living
Our client told us that when her husband 1st left he was very sad and apologetic as he felt that soon after 26 years of marriage that they had grown apart and he didn’t feel he loved her any much more. He said he required time apart and didn't wish to tell her where he was going. He took a big amount of dollars out of their joint bank account which he said he needed to set himself up in a brand new location to live.
Although waiting for her husband to return their relationship started to go from amicable to acrimonious. He stopped answering her calls and paid much less funds into their bank account. Our client was confused by this and she felt this was very strange behaviour for him and completely out of character. A friend of hers suggested that he might have yet another woman as a similar factor had happened to her. She also urged our client to give us a call to see if we could help as we had helped her in the past.
We carried out a session of surveillance on her husband and found the address he was living at and that there was another woman living there. We then looked into the address and it was registered in his name and also the woman he was living with. They had purchased the property together just after he had left our client.
We were able to present our client with all of the evidence she required to divorce her husband for adultery. Our client she stated that following the initial shock it all became clear and that her husband had probably been having an affair with this woman for several years. She is now prepared to move on with her new life.
